Your satisfaction is our goal. We recognize that orders may need to be changed, cancelled or returned for any reason. For changes before shipment, buyers should contact us with the order number and two forms of identification matching them to the order. A recipient other than the Buyer does not meet our privacy standards to change an order. A change to part of a multi-item order could cause a delay in shipment. To cancel an entire order, the Buyer should contact us immediately, since we may be able to stop an order that is not yet shipped, and offer a refund. If the order has already been shipped, the section below applies.
Returns and Refunds
To return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will find instructions on how to process the return. We ask that you contact Wagon Train Ventures, LLC immediately for correct information on where to ship a return, since some items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. We notify you via e-mail of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed. Where the item has been shipped to a recipient other than the Buyer, our privacy policy requires that the Buyer contact us to change an order.
For the first 30 days from receipt of a first quality new item, at the Buyer's choice we will exchange the item with the same (or different item with the price difference) or refund the purchase price and possibly also the standard ground parcel service S/H fee (and sales tax if applied) of any new item for any reason when that item is returned by the recipient to our specified location. We may not refund outbound S/H where a major part of the expense of fulfilling the order has been committed toward a third party shipping service.
An order may have reduced S/H charges and/or discounts applied resulting in a lower total than the listed item price(s). If an item from a single or multi-item order is cancelled from an order or returned where the total purchase cost had been lowered through reduced S/H and/or a discount, then that item's actual incremental buyer's cost will be applied.
We cannot refund monies in excess of the amount directly paid to Wagon Train Ventures, LLC for return shipping or other expenses. A customer may refuse a package to facilitate return transport even after delivery by parcel carriers by calling the carrier. This may not be appropriate in all cases; contact us first. The cost of the refused item's return shipping will be covered by us when it is being returned for outbound shipping damage, but the cost will be deducted from the purchase price refund for return shipping of undamaged items unless a prior agreement existed. For return shipping, we may issue a pre-paid return shipping service and possibly deduct the cost from the refund when processed. A restocking fee of not more than 15% may be withheld from purchase price refunds if the return receipt is more than 36 days from purchase for items returned in good condition. We do not accept returns of purchased items beyond 96 days from destination receipt of the item without prior agreement. Buyer is responsible for the condition upon receipt at the specified return destination. Beyond 30 days from purchase only the remaining manufacturer's warranty applies.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds for check or credit card purchases may be issued by the same method, and we at our option will issue store credit for returns that are outside 30 days.
